Contact enquiries. When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and fulfil a service contract.
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It sets cookies in your browser only after you give consent via the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors interact with this site. Clarity does not use cookies and does not require your consent to run. Microsoft may use the collected data to improve its own products and AI models. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 10 years in accordance with Czech accounting and archiving legislation. Analytics data is retained according to vendor defaults (Google Analytics: up to 14 months; Microsoft Clarity: up to 13 months).
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with our contractors and service providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services, and with authorities where required by law. All processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We protect personal data using appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access is limited to authorised personnel only. Data is stored on servers located within the European Union.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

This website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
